To List Your Property Follow These Simple Steps:
1) Complete the information request form below.
2) Upon receipt of your request, a copy of our Listing Agreement, MLS Data Form, Property Disclosure and Lead Base Disclosure ( if home was built before 1978 ) will be emailed to you.
3) Simply print and sign the Listing Agreement and fill-out the MLS Data Form with the information you want included on the MLS.
4) FAX both documents to (312) 924-5601. We will call you to verify receipt. Your listing will be activated within 24 hrs or on the date specified by you.
